Specific services are customized to meet the needs of each client, but generally fall within the following three categories:
EDUCATION
Using a variety of delivery methods, an understanding of effective/best practices serves as a baseline for the activities to follow.
PLANNING
Once humanitarian response best practices are understood, they are combined with organizational/individual goals, capabilities, and culture, as well as a firm understanding of the events that are most likely to occur, to formulate a realistic and objective-driven documented plan.
PRACTICE
To ensure the response team members have an appropriate understanding of objectives, methodology, and process - practical activities are executed as a critical and ongoing component of an effective response capability.
